Britta’s yoga sessions are excellent. She explains the movements well and let’s you make any adjustments you may need to make them work for your own body. It gives you a greater appreciation of how we try and teach our horses to do strange things with their bodies, so while we are improving our own posture and flexibility we are also improving our empathy for our horses.

I highly recommend Britta in a coaching role, she has supported me through my rehab as a below the knee Amputee for the past year and a half. Britta approached my rehab with a holistic view and we worked with Yoga, balance work, outdoor activities, dance, meditation and coaching to assist me on finding interests, having confidence, body awareness, having relaxation tools and just having a good laugh in a judgement free space. We have had the pleasure of knowing Britta for over a year now. We can not recommend her enough In this time she has worked on our ponies and especially my daughters horse. Every visit Britta not only works with our horse in a gentle, calm mannerism but also us too. She is very encouraging and gives so much support and advice and is happy to answer any questions you may have. She really takes the time to listen to what you are saying and asking and provides many recommendations that are always greatly received and appreciated. I know Britta since her Germantimes, very helpful every time.
There is now a big distance between us, but every time I have questions regarding my YOGA exercises or supporting my health/ balance , she answers. Questons regarding my horse and me because our relationship she answers. She knows my horse very well, so I can ask questions regarding health tips, meridians or exercises for example....
I love her for finding the right words for us and so we find the right way for us.
Very difficult in englisch for me... so I hope you understand how valuable she is for us.

I meet Britta due to my Horses being sore and contacted her to come to do a treatment on them. Britta worked on the horses and noticed they both had the same sore spot, she took one look at me and realised that I’m not quite symmetrical and a bit stiff, especially in my back and hips. I have progressed to Britta's Yoga class and have noticed a huge change in my flexibility, the aches and pains are now much less.

I have worked with Britta on a few occasions over the past couple years experiencing her yoga online which was helpful for me as on older less flexible rider. The wonderful thing about Britta is, that she can not only help horses, but also humans. Being a horse rider, I've been looking for someone who would understand both since a while now, and finally - there she is!! 🙏🏼⭐ She treated my horse first and I discussed my own issues with her, when she mentioned those Yoga classes. I've never been interested in Yoga previously and also had zero experience to start with, but then gave Britta's sessions a try and they really helped me with constant back pain and calming that beyond stressed mind 🧘🏝️

If you are considering Britta, "JUST DO IT" Britta really listens, not only to what horses are communicating but to humans as well. She is an honest, salt of the earth type person, who loves horses and people, and genuinely will do all she can to enable both to thrive. She has a great sense of fun, a positive solution focused attitude and a wealth of life experience, that underpins the extensive study she has done. She really knows her stuff. I happened to come across Soul and saddle aka the lovely Britta, when I was struggling with my seat, and over thinking about my seat which was affecting my confidence when riding. After a length of introductory session with Britta, she took me through a bespoke yoga and meditation session. After doing this just once on my own, something clicked when I went riding the same day, and my seat suddenly improved as did my riding on a horse I’d been struggling with. Britta is knowledgeable and a great listener, being able to pick out what exactly you need help with. I have been doing Yoga for over 2 years and enjoy a challenge. I find Brittas yoga session is exactly that. Very doable, but you can feel how it is helping your body improve for your riding. If you want deep connection, not only with how you feel when you are riding, but also with your horse, Brittas the coach for you.

Brittas equestrian yoga sessions are great. The poses are easy enough to do during your day to day routine. Britta explains what benefits you should get from each pose without pushing yourself beyond your own limits. Also, I'm more conscious of how my balance (or lack thereof) and the tension in my body is affecting my horses when I ride. I'm sure that my boys and I will certainly benefit from this worthwhile program.
