Personal online Yoga practise: This is for you if you like a personalised Yoga programme in a 1:1 setting, tailored to YOUR individual needs and goals. Weekly online group class Thursdays 6pm NZ time A general Yoga practise, beginner friendly and suitable for people who enjoy a weekly commitment to practise yoga, people who use this as a self care time, people who need consistent practise and guidance to stay on track for their health & wellbeing, people who do not need specific modifications. Yoga in combination with coaching: Yoga can help you addressing the physical needs for staying balanced and safe in the saddle even if your horse makes an unpredictable move. Often anxiety is caused by a mixture of mental blockages due to a past accident and physical needs such as improved balance or strength to feel more centred and strong in the saddle. We can address your physical needs & mental obstacles in a combination package. |
Brittas equestrian yoga sessions are great. The poses are easy enough to do during your day to day routine. Britta explains what benefits you should get from each pose without pushing yourself beyond your own limits. Also, I'm more conscious of how my balance (or lack thereof) and the tension in my body is affecting my horses when I ride. I'm sure that my boys and I will certainly benefit from this worthwhile program. |
