Would highly recommend Britta and her services!! She has treated several of our horses all with differing soundness issues and her approach and awareness towards the horses made even the more sensitive/anxious horses very comfortable with her presence! She is very informative the whole way through the treatment process and has a wealth of knowledge she is willing to share!! The horses are improving so much in not only their body but also their mental state which is the real testament to how much better they are feeling!!!

Highly recommend Britta and her methods. My horse has just had a fantastic session and some big releases. I love how she adapts the treatment to what the specific horse needs!

BB Horse Care prefers to travel to you. Service areas are Southland NZ & parts of Central Otago NZ.
Your horse will benefit the most if treated in his own environment.
The horse will always be the most relaxed and calm in their familiar paddock or stable, meaning they can fully enjoy the benefits of equine bodywork treatment without feelings of overwhelm and (travel) stress.
After the session your horse needs to rest and process. He will either lay down and nap, move around, having a pee/poo, drink plenty of water or just graze to process the session and let the body system do its job now. This will all be very restricted or not possible if he needs to travel home in a trailer first.
After the session your horse should have at least one "day off" ridden work, to give his body time to rebalance and adjust.

My horse had a session with Britta to resolve some reluctance to canter. Wonderful gentle service. It was refreshing to see someone so attentive to the horses subtle or not so subtle reactions. Excellent results after one session too. Completely resolved the issues and made for one happy horse, will definitely be getting Britta again.
